Although AMD hasn’t officially announced the AMD Ryzen 3 5300G yet and despite that, it has already been listed on eBay.
5300G will be a quad-core desktop APU based on Zen3 architecture. It will fall under the Cezanne AM4 series, which AMD hasn’t announced yet. The engineering samples of the processor are available on eBay. The listed engineering samples have a base clock speed of 3.5 GHz and an OPN code of 100-000000262-30_Y. It remains unknown as to who listed these samples, but it is a common practice of CPU manufacturers to supply samples to motherboard manufacturers and system integrators before they are officially released.
The eBay listing says that there is limited CPU support. The majority of motherboards lack full support for Cezanne APUs. Moreover, the seller claims that there might be an issue with the installation of integrated graphic drivers, but a beta driver is also being provided.
As per the scores provided by the seller, the Ryzen 3 5300G scored 570 points in the single-threaded CPU-Z benchmark and 3003 points in the multi-threaded benchmark. It also scored 2068 points and 2685 points in Cinebench R15 and R20 benchmarks, respectively.
The seller also created a review video of the processor.
