AMD Ryzen Threadripper PRO 3995WX Workstation CPU Spotted in a Leaked Picture

In preparation for launching the Threadripper pro 3000 series Chips, AMD is updating its Ryzen Thread Ripper segment, which is the last segment to be updated. A picture has been leaked by HXL which seems to be the flagship Ryzen Threadripper Pro 3995WX with lots of Zen 2 Cores and a possible 8-Channel memory.

Entire AMD Ryzen Series received an update in the form of 3000xt series while the Ryzen APU series will get Ryzen 4000 shortly. On the other hand, the PRO Workstation oriented lineup ( Ryzen Threadripper Pro) will be an update to the Ryzen Threadripper CPU family.

The post on Chiphell (hidden now) confirmed the existence of AMD Ryzen Thread Ripper Pro 3995X. It also stated that at least three more models are in the pipeline, which is quite evident as each model will be getting its Pro series SK. The 3990X and 3995X are almost similar. The 3975WX and 3965WX are also expected.

As mentioned above, these processors will be based on the Zen 2 core architecture with the same configuration of the cores and threads, but what makes them stand out of the crowd is that they will have an increased I/O and support for up to 8 channel memory. This 8 channel memory will boast 3200Mhz along with UDIMM, RDIMM, LRDIMM flavors, and 96-128 Gen4 PCIe lanes with 32 switchable lanes to SATA and other features making the upcoming processors best for workstations.

In its recent tweet, Videocardz reported that AMD will announce its Ryzen Threadripper PRO lineup on 14th July.
