PNY releases the XLR8 RGB DDR4 RAM designed for gaming

Popular PC memory and GPU maker PNY has added a new offering to its list of desktop memory. The new product, geared for gaming, is the PNY XLR8 RGB DDR4 RAM.

PNY has been offering some solid options in the gaming RAM segment. The newest entrant in the arena is just as good. The XLR8 RDGB DDR4 RAM, which reminds one of the popular Ben 10 avatar named XLR8, looks very sleek. It comes with an Aluminium allow heat spreader that has the advantage of a great design. Additionally, as the name says, this is an RGB RAM module, so that tops off the gaming look.

Compatability should not be an issue. The RGB is equipped to sync with ASUS AURA SYNC, Gigabyte RGB FUSION 2.0, MSI Mystic Light Sync, and ASRock Polychrome SYNC. This means that most people will be able to get the lighting of this RAM synced with their motherboards easily.

The RAM module is overclocked, and you get ample heat spreading provisions, you should be able to get the performance you need.  It runs at 3200 Mhz and can run at lower memory clocks up to 2133 MHz. The PNY XLR8 RGB DDR4 RAM also supports XMP 2.0.

The PNY XLR8 RGB DDR4 RAM comes with lifetime warranty, and you can catch PNY’s live tech support in case of any issues. It will be available in 8 GB and 16 GB single-channel variants, with kits of 16 GB and 32 GB respectively.

We expect PNY to reveal the pricing and availability details soon. Check out more details on the PNY website.
