AMD teases Big Navi GPUs with Ryzen 9 5900X at 5000 Series CPU launch event

AMD recently unveiled its Ryzen 5000 series of CPUs. The flagship chip, Ryzen 9 5900X seems like a great chip to lead the Zen 3 platform, and AMD managed to give us a little sneak peek into the upcoming Big Navi GPU.

AMD showed off the impressive performance of the AMD Ryzen 5900X, and the Radeon 6000 series GPU coupled with it. It seems like the card is hitting 4K 60, putting it in the RTX 3080 league. The combo did 88 FPS in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare, 73 FPS in Gears of War 5, both with Ultra, all with DirectX 12.

AMD will officially release the RDNA2 GPUs on October 28 and will compete against the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3000 series of GPUs. AMD seems to be confident about stock availability, though, so it will be an interesting sight.
