AOC’s New Monitors Designed By Porsche

AOC has partnered up with Porsche to release two new monitors with very sleek designs. They are the PDS241 and PDS217, both of which feature a 1080p AH-IPS panel at 24″ (PDS241) and 27″ (PDS217). These displays come in super-thin at only 5.2 mm and have a three-way-frameless design.

Both displays have a very unique stand. That and how thin the display are is what really sets them apart. Their specs aren’t anything to write home about. You do however get technologies such as AOC’s SuperColor WCG (100% sRGB coverage, and 90% coverage of the NTSC color space), flicker-free operation and low blue-light technology to help combat eyestrain.

The monitors are not all that expensive, and given their specs we didn’t expect them to be. The 24″ will be $240 and the 27″ will go for $330. If the sleek design is your thing these displays might be for you.
