ASUS GeForce RTX 4070 SUPER TUF Gaming Series Confirmed By A Belgian Retailer

NVIDIA is about to reveal three fresh desktop graphics cards based on the Ada Lovelace architecture. The initial card emerging from this upcoming series is ASUS’s RTX 4070 SUPER, notably the DUAL OC Edition. ASUS appears set to introduce its RTX 40 SUPER TUF Gaming series, as indicated by an early listing from a Belgian retailer.

The product code corresponds to the information shared by @momomo_us on X/Twitter yesterday, suggesting a placeholder entry with inflated pricing. The current listed price for this product is notably elevated, approximately ten times more than its expected market value. Nevertheless, this marks the initial listing of the upcoming RTX 40 SUPER card before its official launch.

The card’s listing lacks photos, but it is confirmed to feature 12 GB GDDR6X memory. ASUS plans to release two models, one with factory overclocking and one without. Previous leaks have detailed key specifications of the RTX 4070 SUPER, including the use of an AD104 GPU with 7168 CUDA cores. In this ‘refresh,’ a notable change is the introduction of a mandatory 12VHWPR power connector for all RTX 40 SUPER cards, confirmed by a leaked photo of the RTX 4070 SUPER DUAL. The original RTX 4070 DUAL had an 8-pin power configuration.

NVIDIA has officially scheduled the unveiling of the RTX 4070 SUPER for January 8th, with the release slated for January 17th. The appearance of this listing from a European retailer hints at the possibility of NVIDIA accepting preorders before the official product launch.
