ASUS has unveiled the ProArt Display PA27JCV, a 27-inch LCD monitor tailored for content creators, featuring a 5K resolution (5120 x 2880). This display offers a 77% larger workspace compared to a typical 4K screen. It utilizes an IPS panel with a broad color range, covering 99% of the DCI-P3 spectrum and 100% of sRGB. The PA27JCV is factory-calibrated to ensure precise color accuracy, achieving a Delta E rating.
Key features of the ProArt Display PA27JCV include ASUS Light Sync technology for uniform brightness and precise color temperatures, and Auto KVM for smooth switching between two devices. It also supports a USB Type-C connection with 96W power delivery, allowing for both power and data transfer through a single cable. Additionally, the ProArt Preset feature enables users to customize display settings according to different content and usage scenarios.
The ProArt Display PA27JCV features a peak brightness of 500 cd/m² for HDR content and 400 cd/m² for standard use, with contrast ratios of 3000:1 for HDR and 1500:1 for standard settings. It supports over 1 billion colors, has a 5ms response time, and a 60Hz refresh rate. The monitor offers a 178° viewing angle both horizontally and vertically. For connectivity, it includes one USB Type-C port, one DisplayPort 1.4, one HDMI 2.1, a USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-A hub with three ports, a USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C hub, and a headphone jack.
For ergonomic flexibility, the stand of the ProArt Display PA27JCV offers a tilt range of -5 to 23°, a swivel range of -30 to 30°, a pivot range of -90 to 90°, and height adjustment up to 130mm. It also features built-in speakers with a 2W x 2 output. The monitor dimensions are 612.2mm in width, 215mm in depth, and 538.1mm in height, with a weight of 5.91kg.
