Final Thoughts on the ASUS ProArt LC 360
ASUS’ ProArt lineup of components has created an ecosystem that allows you to go all-in on a single design aesthetic covering nearly every component needed to build a PC. Adding a 360mm AIO to that lineup has greatly expanded the number of cases that can support a nearly complete ProArt setup that the 420mm version didn’t allow for. The ProArt LC 360 is focused on a minimalist design backed up by quality cooling components. Taking in-house component design and development, while also relying on Alphacool’s fan design has resulted in a great AIO option for those looking for a great performing, sleek-looking cooler.
Both idle and load temperatures with the ProArt LC 360 were near the top of our charts, which I will contribute mostly to the fan choice. The 360mm aluminum radiator is as standard as they come, and the copper cooling plate and three-phase pump motor are just as common in modern AIOs. The increased air pressure provided by the Alphacool fans does a great job shoving air through the radiator fins, ultimately allowing for better movement of heat away from the fins and into the surrounding area.
Available for $229.99 at our favorite online retailer, the ASUS ProArt LC 360 may seem like it comes with a high price tag, despite its lack of features like an LCD screen or RGB lighting. But once you factor in the fact that the Apex Stealth Metal Power fans are nearly $30 each ($90 for a set of three), and you can see where a lot of the cost of this cooler comes from. With what appears to be non-existent software support at this time, we give the ASUS ProArt LC 360 an 7 out of 10.
