ASUS is working on at least 19 motherboards for the “Coffee Lake-S” refresh. The Z390 chipset is basically a re-branding of the current Z370 chipset with a stronger reference CPU VRM to cope with Intel’s upcoming 8-core, 16-thread “Wiskey Lake” processors. ASUS’s Z390 lineup will be made up of Maximus XI, STRIX, Prime, TUF and Dragon series boards. We have the full list below:
