ASUS ROG Strix 15 G533Z Gaming Laptop Will Feature AMD Ryzen 9 6900HX CPU

A report by MyLaptopGuide reveals that ASUS’s next-gen gaming laptop, G533Z, has just hit the FCC certification.

The upcoming laptop will reportedly feature AMD Ryzen 9 6900HX and GeForce RTX 3080 Ti Laptop GPU.

G533Z laptop will powered by 8-core Ryzen 9 6900HX processor. The processor is based on Rembrandt-H silicon. This laptop will be the first to have DDR5 32Gb memory.

While the certification is still in process, the FCC has released a picture along with the product label of the new gaming laptop. The color scheme is expected to be grey/black, as previously seen in ROG STRIX laptops of the company.

The next-generation CPU, AMD Ryzen 9 6900HX , is based on Zen3+ microarchitecture and has up to 8 cores and 16 threads. The most interesting upgrade has been seen in the integrated graphics as RDNA2 architecture will reportedly make a debut in this APU. Moreover, it is expected to support PCIe Gen4 interface with more than 8 lanes.

The RTX 3080 Ti Laptop GPU will come with some amazing features like 16GB GDDR6 memory and 7424 CUDA cores. It comes with a new GPU named GA103S; a silicon that NVIDIA has never used for any other product.

ASUS ROG Strix Scar 15 G553Z is expected to hit the market by January next year.
