Cooler Master Breaks Into The Gaming Monitor Arena At CES 2020

Our first day of CES 2020 coverage started off with a bit of a surprise from Cooler Master in the form of two gaming monitors – the GM27-CF and the GM34-CW. Both of these monitors feature curved screens, and a Cooler Master logo-shaped base on their adjustable stands.

GM27-CF

The GM27-CF is, as the name would imply, a 27″ monitor with a 1920×1080 resolution. Supporting FreeSync, the GM27-CF has a maximum refresh rate of 165Hz and a 3ms response time. The 1500R curved screen has minimal bezels for a minimalist look, while the adjustable base offers a ton of movement to place the screen right where you want it. The VA panel in the GM27-CF offers 125% sRGB colors, and 90% DCI-P3.

GM34-CW

The ultrawide GM34-CW offers Ultra WQHD resolution (3440×1440) in a 34″ form factor. Also featuring a 1500R curve, this monitor also offers FreeSync2 and HDR400 support for great image quality and gaming performance. The 144Hz refresh rate screen is paired up with 1ms response times for smooth visuals. Additionally, the GM34-CW offers a low blue light mode to help with eyestrain during those long gaming sessions. The VA panel utilizes Quantum Dot technology for 125% sRGB color and 95% DCI-P3.
