Cooler Master MasterAir MA624 Stealth CPU Cooler Review

Final Thoughts

As I said at the beginning of this review, Cooler Master is not talked about enough when it comes to their CPU coolers and the MasterAir MA624 Stealth is the perfect example of that! It is one of the best air coolers that we’ve tested all year! When it comes to load temperatures it was pretty much tied with the Noctua NH-D15 chromax.black, which is very impressive. Even more impressive is that it does this while being quieter. It did however have higher idle temperatures, but nothing really alarming.

Another thing I really like about this cooler is just how easy it is to install. I’ve knocked Cooler Master in the past for their mounting systems, but this cooler couldn’t be easier to install. You don’t have to remove the center fan, the front fan uses an easy mounting system, you can install this cooler in a case no problem! Even though the Noctua NH-D15 chromax.black is very easy to install, the installation of this cooler is easier.

Cooler Master did a great job making this cooler look attractive as well. The top cap with its brushed finish and Cooler Master logo look excellent. You also have the all black look, which will match pretty much any build out there.

I do like the idea that Cooler Master includes a smaller 120 mm fan if you have larger memory modules, but I feel that it is an extra cost if you aren’t going to use it. There is also no way to add it as a third fan on the cooler either.

At the end of the day this is an excellent air cooler and should be at the top of your list! Right now you can pick it up at our favorite online retailer for $99.99. Overall ThinkComputers gives the Cooler Master MasterAir MA624 Stealth CPU Cooler a 9 out of 10 score and our Recommended Award!
