Corsair Dark Core RGB Pro Gaming Mouse Review

About two years ago we took a look at Corsair’s first wireless gaming mouse, which was the Dark Core RGB. We liked this mouse quite a lot and I was using it as my daily driver for more than a year after I actually reviewed it. Well it is time for a refresh so today Corsair is unveiling the Dark Core RGB Pro with a refined design, new 18,000 DPI sensor, and much more. This wireless mouse of course makes use of Corsair’s sub-1ms Slipstream wireless technology so you aren’t going to have to worry about input lag. Is this the perfect wireless gaming mouse? Read on as we find out!

Special thanks to Corsair for providing the Dark Core RGB Pro Gaming Mouse to review.

Packaging

The Dark Core RGB Pro comes in Corsair’s typical retail packaging, which is primarily yellow. On the front we have a picture of the mouse and it lets us know that it is compatible with iCUE and uses Corsair’s Slipstream wireless technology. Flipping over to the back we have a few more shots of the mouse and a list of features in a handful of different languages.
