As I said the Steam Castle has a very unique look to it. We received the red version of the case, but it also comes in black, yellow and white. The outer construction of the case is mostly ABS plastic with a glossy finish and the rest of the case is made up of SGCC steel.

Starting at the front of the case you have a top vent if you plan on installing fans on the top of the case and two vents on each side of the front. These vents give the case the whole Steampunk look. There is a single 5.25-inch drive bay on the front of the case and the Deepcool logo sits right below it.

The front of the case easily pops off to reveal that there is actually a 3.5-inch external bay, but it is covered by the front bezel of the case. There is also a pre-installed 200 mm fan up front.

Moving up top we have what looks like steam towers and a small ventilated section towards the back. These steam towers also add to the Steampunk look of the case, but they do not have fans in them or support fans.

The top of the case pops off to reveal that you have room for two 120 mm or two 140 mm fans. You can also install radiators up here as well.

The steam towers actually have a lighting system installed in them. They are all connected to a central hub, which connects to a controller on the side of the case.

The opposite or backside of the case is where you will find all of your connections and buttons. You have the controller, power and reset buttons, audio connections, two USB 3.0 ports and two USB 3.0 ports.

The other side of the case has a window that you can show off your hardware with. The window is darkened.

Moving around back there is a pre-installed 120 mm fan with room for a 140 mm if you want more airflow, two small watercooling holes, four expansion slots, a little ventilation and your power supply mounting is on the bottom of the case.

There is a small removable fan filter on the case for the power supply. It allows you to easily take it out and remove it for cleaning,
