Final Thoughts
I try to never look up the price of a product before I test it. The price is usually the last thing I look at. This is so the price doesn’t affect my decision in one way or another. Some will look at a $300 pair of headphones and just assume they’re great because they’re expensive, such as Beats. But the same goes for cheaper products. Someone might see a $30 or $40 headset and assume is bad because it’s cheap. I was previously one of those people, in some regards. However, the EKSA E900 Pro completely changed my opinion on buying budget-oriented audio products. I was pleasantly surprised when I saw the EKSA E900 Pro on Amazon for only $40 USD. The sound was already impressive and the quality of the mic blew me away. I always try to guess at the retail price of a product after the review, but before I look at the price. For the E900 Pro, I would have assumed a retail price of around $80-$100 USD. But I never expect to get this level of quality sound, for only $40. It just goes to show you really can’t judge a product but its price. I tend to consider myself an audiophile, some say elitist. But the EKSA E900 Pro has completely change my opinion on buying budget audio products. The E900 Pro is an excellent choice for someone looking for a solid headed for a great price. I give the E900 Pro a 9 out of 10 score.
