FNATIC Streak Gaming Keyboard Review

Usage & Final Thoughts
I have been using the FNATIC Streak as my main keyboard for a few weeks now and I’ve really enjoyed it. As I mentioned in my review of the miniStreak we often seen professional gaming teams slap their name on some OEM gaming hardware, but FNATIC has actually created solid gaming products. Products that their teams use, so you know they have to be functional as well as high quality.

The Streak has a very solid construction and you can tell as soon as you pick it up. The aluminum top-plate has that unique dart teal color and the rounded edges really set it off. I also like that FNATIC didn’t make this keyboard overly large with extra unnecessary keys or space, it is the perfect size for a full-size keyboard. The only real thing I wish was different was the USB cable, I really liked the removable USB cable on the miniStreak.

FNATIC is making use of Cherry MX mechanical key switches with this keyboard and our sample had the Silent Red switches, but the Streak is also offered in Red (non-silent), Blue, and Brown. Not using Silent Red’s before it was quite nice to be able to give them a try. I typically use Blue switches, but was very impressed at how quite the Silent Red’s were and how easily I was able to transition to them. This is definitely a keyboard you could use in an office or a shared space as it is not very loud at all (especially compared to a Blue switch keyboard).

FNATIC once again ticks all of the boxes with this keyboard. It looks great, is extremely function, and is backed up with great software. FNATIC is currently selling the keyboard for $129.99 and we feel that price is spot-on. Overall ThinkComputers gives the FNATIC Streak Gaming Keyboard a 9 out of 10 score and our Recommended Award!
