Computex would have been rather dull for GPU enthusiasts if it weren’t for Palit’s reveal of multiple RTX 40 models. This year’s expo had very few announcements overall, with many companies shifting their attention to the next-generation GPU series expected to debut by the end of the year. However, Palit seems to have a different approach or just an abundance of designs and ideas to present.
Their newest social media post showcases a new graphics card in a white and black color scheme. The front shroud is purple and pink, accented by LED stripes running along its length. The card includes a triple-fan cooler that appears to fit a 3 to 3.5-slot design.
Underneath the fans is a large heatsink featuring at least six heat pipes and a vapor chamber covering the AD102 GPU. This suggests that the card is either the RTX 4090 or the RTX 4070 Ti SUPER (which has also started using this GPU). The more likely candidate is the 4090, especially since Palit introduced four 4090 models just last month. The card is powered by a single 16-pin power connector and uses a short, reference-style PCB, indicating it’s not a high-end, enthusiast overclocking model, but it is definitely something new.
Palit’s post on X indicates that this card will be revealed in the second half of 2024, implying that the countdown has already started. It’s possible that we might also see this cooler design used for the RTX 50 series in the future.
