GeIL ORION DDR4-3200 16GB Memory Kit Overview
Taking a first look at GeIL’s ORION kit we can see that they’ve gone with a very eye-catching red heatspreader. GeIL also offers these kits in a Titanium Grey if the red is not your thing. The red is pretty much perfect for an AMD build.
At one end of the heatspreader you have a large “G” and the text ORION below it and on the opposite side you have a few cut-outs and a smaller GeIL logo. Overall I think the heatspreaders are pretty stylish.
Flipping the memory over to the opposite side we have Ryzen stickers, which are sort of cheap. I would have rather seen a Ryzen logo actually on the heatspreader, not a sticker. There is also a second sticker that that gives us all of the information on the kit.
The heatspreaders are capped-off by a black cover, which goes across the entire DIMM. These match the black PCB of the memory.
Like I mentioned earlier these modules do not have any RGB lighting, but overall they look quite good.
