There are rumors that the RTX 4060 Ti requires as much as 270-280W of power to reach a score of 8600 in the 3DMark Time Extreme. On the other hand, the RTX 4060 non-Ti version reaches 6000 points with 230 to 240W on the same test. This is quite a lot of power consumption for this class. The famous leaker @kopite7kimi has also claimed that the RTX 4060 will require 220W+ power by default.

According to QbitLeaks, the RTX 4060 Ti can boost up to 2600 Mhz whereas the RTX 4060 can reach beyond 2700 Mhz. The same user has been tweeting some specs of the RTX 4060 series. Supposedly, the GeForce RTX 4060 Ti will come with the AD104-180-A1 GPU and a total of 6144 CUDA cores. This model comes with GDDR6 memory of 10 GB which is clocked at 17.5 Gbps. The TGP listed prior to this new rumor was 275W.

The RTX 4060 non-Ti on the other hand is going to come with AD106-300 GPU and a core count of 3968 FP32 units. The memory on this has been reduced to 8 GB which will be spread across a 128-bit interface and will be clocked at 17 Gbps. These specs are mostly likely to change as we have already seen how many changes are made to the RTX 4070/4080/4090 engineering boards.
