Lamptron SM436 Sync Edition Fan & RGB Controller Review

If you’ve been around custom PC building long enough you’ve probably heard of Lamptron. They have been making fan controllers for cases for a very long time and were very popular with controllers that you would mount in an open 3.5-inch or 5.25-inch external bay. Since most cases do not even offer those bays Lamptron has come up with a great product which gives you that cool factor of having a display showing off fans speeds, temperatures, etc and offers a full fan and RGB hub. It is their new SM436 Sync Edition, which has a digital display that you mount to your PCI slots and shows out through your tempered glass panel and a full controller with four PWM fan channels, four 4-pin standard RGB headers and four 3-pin addressable RGB headers. Is this the ultimate controller for fans and RGB? Read on as we take a look!

Special thanks to Lamptron for providing us with the SM436 Sync Edition Fan & RGB Controller to review.
