Apex Legends has had an explosive launch attracting over 50 million players in the first month of its release. Since then things have cooled off a little bit, but it looks like that might change soon as like Fornite and PUBG the game will be coming to mobile devices.
During the Electronic Arts earnings report, CEO Andrew Wilson said that a mobile version of Apex Legends is being developed. This completely makes sense, once Fortnite launched on iOS it racked up $15 million in in-app purchases in the first month!
In addition to the plans to bring the game to mobile EA said they are in advanced negotiations to bring Apex Legends to China and they will publish the game in South Korea via its Origin service.
No word on when we will see this mobile version of Apex Legends, but as soon as we hear anything we’ll let you know!
