New Samsung Ultrabook Sheds Weight For CES

An Ultrabook is defined pretty much around the laptops ability to be powerful enough for professional type use while still being small and light enough to be really portable. And if you were to Google the term I am almost certain that you would find a photo of Samsung’s newest Ultrabook the Notebook 9. The 13.3″ version tips the scales at a mere 1.85 lbs making it one of the very lightest on the market.

This laptop features a 1080p screen, Intel 6th generation Skylake i5 or i7 processor, 4-8GB of RAM, 128-256GB of storage, and 802.11 AC 2×2 WLAN connector. These are pretty good specs to be sure but more impressive are the dimensions; 313.8 x 218.5 x 13.4mm means that not only is this unit light, but it’s small and slim as well.

While the Notebook 9 is definitely an Ultrabook to place on the top of your “must have” list you’ll have to be just a little patient as there is no pricing or release date currently available.
