NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 12GB Official Specs Announced

NVIDIA has officially listed the new RTX 2060 12GB variant on its website. The 12GB variant will have a high memory bandwidth of 336 GB/s, which is 112GB/s less than the SUPER variant.

The card has a 12nm Turing design and a TU106 GPU with ray tracing and DLSS capabilities. However, several current Ampere generation capabilities, such as Resizable BAR, PCI Express 4.0, and next-generation RT and Tensor Cores, will be unavailable for this card.

NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 12GB Specs

Because of the enhanced capacity of the memory subsystem, the RTX 2060 12GB has an official TDP of 185W, which is 25W higher than the vanilla 6GB variant and 10W higher than the RTX 2060 SUPER. Regarding cost, NVIDIA has still not released the new card’s price.

It will certainly cost more than the official MSRP of 299 USD for the 6GB model, which was dropped from 349 USD. This pricing certainly has little to do with the actual selling price, but there is some positive thing. The card will reportedly be available in both customized and Founders Edition designs.
