NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070 and 2080 Mobile Could Be Shown at CES 2019

With NVIDIA’s GeForce RTX 20-series already being released the new rumors are that NVIDIA will officially launch their GeForce RTX 20-series mobility GPUs on January 6th at CES. The two main chips at first will be the RTX 2070 and RTX 2070 Max-Q. There has also been an embargo date set for January 26th, with NVIDIA delaying their final release drivers until then. This means that final performance results for these new mobile GPUs won’t be available until after the embargo date, which should also mean RTX 20-series equipped laptops should be available then.

Besides the RTX 2070 and RTX 2070 Max-Q mobility parts, the flagship part, the RTX 2080 Max-Q is also in the works, but is not expected at the show. I guess we will find out what the RTX mobility GPUs are all about in a month.
