NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 Ti with 12GB GDD6X could be on the way

NVIDIA recently released the GeForce RTX 3000 series of GPUs, and now we’re getting to hear about more and more variants of these cards coming from team green. It seems like the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 could be getting another SKU, between the 3080 and the 3090.

The information comes from Kopite7kimi on Twitter, and it looks like we could be getting the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 Ti with 12GB GDD6X. Take a look:

It looks like this card will carry the GA102-250-A1 GPU, with 9984 cores, and 384-bit memory. This means that this would be the SKU to carry 12 GB of memory.

There’s still a lot of confusion regarding the RTX 3000 SKUs. The best option right now is to wait and watch which ones actually make it to the market.
