NVIDIA RTX Super Series Prices and Release Dates Revealed

Last week we confirmed the existence of the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 20 SUPER Series. These cards will launch in staggered fashion with the RTX 2060 SUPER, RTX 2070 SUPER and RTX 2080 SUPER launching first, then the Ti variants (RTX 2070 Ti SUPER and RTX 2080 Ti SUPER) coming later. The first date that you want to keep in mind is July 2nd, this is when NVIDIA will announced the Super series.

July 9th is the next date this is when the GeForce RTX 2060 SUPER and GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER arrive on shelves. Finally on July 23rd you’ll see the GeForce RTX 2080 SUPER hit shelves.

NVIDIA RTX 2080 SUPER

At NVIDIA’s announcement the first card they are likely to talk about will be the GeForce RTX 2080 Super. This card will be based on the TU104-450 silicon, which is actually a TU102 die re-purposed for less vRAM. This is an unlocked non-OC 2080 Ti chip. The RTX 20 Super will have an MSRP of $799.

NVIDIA RTX 2070 SUPER

The next card is the RTX 2070 Super, which will be based on the TU104-410 die, which is the non-OC chip from the old 2080, unlocked. This card will have an MSRP of $599.

NVIDIA RTX 2060 SUPER

Finally we have the RTX 2060 Super. It will be based on the TU106-410 die, which is the non-OC chip from old 2070, unlocked. NVIDIA will be selling this card for $429, which is a little disappointing as the RTX 2060 is $349 right now.
