It looks like the $2500 TITAN RTX is getting in the hands of some people as some benchmarks have surfaced online. The first benchmark comes from Twitter used “Death” who water-cooled the card with a Bykski block.
The card was then overclocked to 2070 MHz (GPU) and 2025 MHz (memory). This helped it achieve a 3DMark Fire Strike score of 31862 (overall) and a graphics score of 41109.
