If you are a Windows user that owns an iPhone you know the pain of trying to back up your phone or even just pull photos and videos off of it. With Apple finally adding a USB-C to the phone you would think things would be easier, but even using USB-C it still is not reliable, fails half the time, and is not an easy process. Well Patriot wants to make this process easier with their iLuxe Cube. Essentially its a little USB-C cube that you plug into your charger, then connect your charging cable to it and it is going to backup all of your data on your phone pretty simply. So if you haven’t guessed it is a little storage drive as well, with capacities available up to 1TB. Let’s take a look and see if this will actually make backing up your iPhone easier.

Packaging of the Patriot iLuxe Cube
The Patriot iLuxe Cube comes in a pretty standard retail box with a picture of the unit on the front and it does let us know this is made for both iPhone and iPad. Flipping over to the back there is a QR code for the manual and some more information.
Inside the box all you’ll find is the iLuxe Cube.
