PS4 Controllers Won’t Work With PS5 Games

Sony assured that the PS5 would be supporting DualShock4 controllers, but only PS4 games can be played on the PS5 with these controllers. The PS5 controller will not work with the PS4 games, unfortunately. The reason given by Sony for their action was that they want the new PS5 games to benefit from various features the new DualSense wireless controllers offer.

Although Sony claimed that the DualShock 4 controllers and the official third party licensed controllers would work with all the PS4 games on the new PS5, however, Sony didn’t release any specific games list.
