Samsung Develops Industry’s First 8 Gb LPDDR4 Mobile DRAM

The new eight gigabit (GB), low power double data rate 4 (LPDDR4), mobile DRAM is the industry’s very first innovative memory technology and has been devised by Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd.
