Samsung has announced a new lineup of professional monitors. The lineup includes three models: S8, S7, and S6, where each model comes in different panel sizes. All the models have Intelligent Eye Care certified from TÜV Rheinland, along with Adaptive Picture eye care technology. The series is also equipped with Eco Saving Plus technology.
S8:
This flagship model is available in 27 and 32-inch options. The S8 supports Ultra-High Definition (UHD) resolution and can deliver over 1 billion colors along with a 99% sRGB color gamut. It is also compatible with VESA mount and Height Adjustable Stand (HAS), which provides a variety of tilt, swivel, and pivot control points.
The Samsung S8 offers a variety of ports which includes USB 3.0 and a USB hub. The type C port can provide a transfer speed of up to 10Gbps and up to 90W charging.
S7 & S6:
The S7 is available in 27- and 32-inch sizes. The model variants offer UHD resolution along with a 178-degree wide viewing angle panel and vibrant color gamut.
The S6 series, on the other hand, is available in 34-, 32-, 27- and 24-inch sizes. All the variants offer QHD (2,560×1,440) resolution. The series also has PBP (Picture By Picture) and PIP (Picture In Picture) and Display Chain technology features that allow users to multitask and use multiple screens. Moreover, the LAN cable (RJ45 compatibility) allows the monitor to be converted into a Docking Station Hub, while you can use the Wake On Lan (WOL) functionality to power the monitor remotely.
