The Steam Link application that allows users to stream games from their PC to their desired device is finally available for iOS and Apple TV. The app was originally expected to release on Android and iOS at the same time, but Apple initially rejected the app. It has been available on Android for over a year now.
The app will let you stream games to your iOS device as well as Apple TV. It is however different from the Android version of the app since you cannot purchase games on this version. This feature had to be removed to comply with Apple’s App Store rules. If purchasing was allowed Valve would have to share a cut of their profits with Apple. So you’ll just have to buy your games on PC before you load up this app to play on mobile or Apple TV.
