TeamGroup To Unveil CARDEA Liquid II Water Cooled SSD on September 23rd

TeamGroup has posted a teaser about its upcoming SSD with a closed-loop water cooling solution and a new DDR5 gaming memory lineup.

TeamGroup claims that it is the first manufacturer that released a water-cooled SSD back in 2019, the T-Force CARDEA Liquid Water-cooling SSD. It had a water block that came pre-filled liquid in an M.2 NVMe form factor. The brand is stepping up its game with the new CARDEA Liquid II SSD solution, which will house an AIO liquid cooling solution.

The teaser shows a 120mm radiator with a tube directed towards a square box that has the pump and the SSD. Currently, the specification of the pump and the SSDs are unknown. However, it looks like the box might have more than one NVMe SSD-based, and it may connect to a PCIe slot as an AIC rather than being connected to the NVMe connector. Take note that all this is speculation based on the solution’s appearance. The teaser also shows an ARGB header which will be useful for users who want to customize RGB as per their preferences.
