The Best Case Mods of 2019

Case mods have been a staple in the PC industry for a very long time. They allow system builders, artists, gamers, and pretty much anyone to really make their PC build their own. Case modding has never been more popular and many companies actually commission modders to create one of a kind builds to show off their new hardware or case. Each week we feature a mod or build that has been completed in the community in our Case Mod Friday section. Going through all of the builds from the past year we have picked out a few that really caught our eye! In no particular order of course!

Alex Banks’ G.Skill Royal Crystal Rig

Alex Banks created this amazing build for the G.SKILL booth at Computex 2019. It is of course themed to look like G.SKILL’s Trident Z Royal RGB memory. Ali Abbas’ LAGERTHA, THE SHIELD MAIDEN

This build from Ali Abbas definitely is at the top of our list for scratch builds. He created this masterpiece as part of a competition to mod a keyboard, but he took it even further to transform the whole thing into a fully fledged foldable desktop PC! Ben Q’s The Anodize

Ben Q seems to have his own style when it comes to his builds and his “The Anodize” build really reflects that. He has created an awesome watercooled test bench with very interesting chrome hard tubing that goes in all different directions really making the build stand out. neSSa’s AXE-R

This amazing build from neSSa is more than what it seems. Besides looking amazing it features a set of sensors that monitor all vital computer parameters, humidity and air temperature and will open the case up automatically if the components inside get too hot.
