Thermaltake has introduced the View 270 TG ARGB, an ATX mid-tower case with a pillarless front-left corner, providing an unobstructed view of your build. Unlike the ZALMAN P10, it opts for two planar tempered glass panels meeting at the corner, avoiding a wrap-around single-piece glass and the noticeable edge line is preferred over a thick pillar.
Similar to the ZALMAN P10, the Thermaltake View 270 TG ARGB adopts a horizontally partitioned layout, extending this design to its exterior. The upper compartment, covered by tempered glass, contrasts with the bottom compartment housing the PSU and drive bays, featuring static perforated panels on the left and front sides. Accessible only from the single-piece right side-panel, it incorporates perforations aligning with the side-facing radiator mount towards the front.
A noteworthy feature of this mount is its placement exclusively in the crawlspace behind the motherboard tray. It avoids intrusion into the motherboard tray compartment, allowing for the installation of a 360 mm radiator without the fans obstructing long graphics cards in any manner.
The motherboard tray accommodates E-ATX (or smaller) motherboards with 7 expansion slots, providing space for graphics cards up to 42 cm in length and CPU coolers up to 18 cm in height. This ample room facilitates handling your graphics card’s 12VHPWR cable comfortably. In addition to the 3x 120 mm side-facing mount mentioned earlier, fan and radiator mounts include three 140 mm / 120 mm top mounts capable of supporting a radiator as large as 360 mm, along with a 120 mm rear exhaust. The perforated partition between the bottom and top compartments allows the installation of up to three 120 mm fans.
Measuring 230 mm x 454 mm x 456 mm (WxDxH) and weighing 6.3 kg, the case incorporates SECC steel for all its metal components. It is available in four color trims: Black (CA-1Y7-00M1WN-00), Snow (CA-1Y7-00M6WN-00), Hydrangea Blue (CA-1Y7-00MFWN-000), and Matcha Green (CA-1Y7-00MEWN-00). The included rear 120 mm fan features addressable RGB lighting, while the pricing details have not been disclosed by the company.
