Tt eSPORTS Captain Dracco Overview
As I mentioned the Captain Dracco has Tt eSPORTS styling, which we know is black and red. Most of the headset is made of heavy plastic and has a sort of rubberized feel which I like. The headset has your typical over the head design that most gaming headsets have.
Taking a closer look at the headband we can see the inside part has breathable fabric, which should help keep you cool during intense gaming sessions, there is also a small layer of cushioning here. The top part of the headband does not have a logo or anything like that on it, it just has a plain black design.
The headband is adjustable on each side and we can see this part of the headset is made of metal. That is great to see as this part of any headset is what fails first. Right and left earcups are labeled.
Taking a closer look at the earcups they have a circular design and are made to go over your ears. There are large breathable cushions on each earcup, which should make wearing this headset comfortable for hours of gaming. Each earcup features a 50 mm Neodymium Magnet drivers, so you should have some impressive sound.
On the left earcup towards the bottom is the 3.5 mm audio connection.
The left earcup also houses the omni-directional microphone. This microphone is bendable and can be adjusted up and out of the way when you are not using it. I would have liked to have seen a removable microphone though.
Taking a look at the audio connection cable you have a single 3.5mm end that connects to the headset. The other end splits into a 3.5mm headphone connector and 3.5mm microphone connector. All of these connections are gold-plated. There is an in-line controller that has a volume slider and microphone mute button. Also the cable itself is braided and pretty heavy duty.
