You Can Now Buy Sapphire Radeon RX 7900 XT PULSE For $100 Less Than Official MSRP

According to TechPowerUP, Sapphire and Newegg have recently lowered the price of the Pulse GPU, which uses the AMD Navi 31 GPU. Interestingly, this happened just after the tech media had tested it. It’s difficult to determine whether this was a coincidence or not, but the end result is that there’s now another custom RX 7900 XT available at a discounted price.

ASRock’s Phantom Gaming graphics card was the first one to be sold at this lower price point, and it has remained at that price for over 20 days now. Based on its extended duration at this price, it seems like the price drop may be a permanent one. But we cannot say the same for the Sapphire’s Pulse price cut.

There is a new discount available for the Sapphire and ASRock RX 7900 XT GPUs, which can be redeemed through a promotion code that gives a $20 discount. The discount is clearly marked as a limited-time offer, and it’s likely that it will expire soon. However, as of today, both Sapphire and ASRock GPUs are available at the same price point, which is below $800($100 cheaper than the official MSRP).

The Radeon RX 7900 XT GPU is based on Navi 31 technology, and it boasts an impressive 84 Compute Units (equivalent to 5376 Stream Processors) as well as 20GB of GDDR6 memory connected via a 320-bit interface. The Pulse model is a customized version of the GPU, featuring a triple-fan design with 2.7-slot cooling, a TBP of 331W, and two 8-pin power connectors. It also comes equipped with two HDMI and DisplayPort connectors. This custom design has boosted the GPU clock from the standard 2000/2400 MHz to 2075/2449 MHz.
