AMD Officially Lowers Price Of Its Ryzen 7000 Processors

AMD’s official US website now sells Zen4 desktop CPUs at the same pricing as Newegg and Amazon. AMD has now followed the lead of other major shops that were the first to sell Ryzen 7000 series desktop processors at considerably reduced costs. Discounts are available on all four Ryzen 7000 SKUs introduced over the past two months.

AMD’s sale is intriguing because the price cut is labelled as “New Low Price,” even though the product store also advertises “Pre-Black Friday Deals.” Consumers should be notified that these are reduced prices but are new pricing. It’s reasonable to believe that this is a permanent discount on Ryzen 7000 series processors.

AMD has decreased the cost of Zen4 desktop processors by up to $125. (7950X). Massive sales like this one for AMD’s newest line of processors are quite unusual so soon after a new product’s introduction. However, AMD needs help selling the inventory owing to the extremely high prices of AMD AM5 motherboards, which are required for the Ryzen 7000.

Amazon US:
Ryzen 9 7950X $573.99
Ryzen 9 7900X $473.99
Ryzen 7 7700X $348.99
Ryzen 5 7600X $248.99

AMD Official webstore:
Ryzen 9 7950X $574
Ryzen 9 7900X $474
Ryzen 7 7700X $349
Ryzen 5 7600X $249

All four processors appear to be available at all the retailers we checked. AMD is attempting to push inventory before Intel releases its 13th Gen Core non-K series in January. However, AMD is expected to release up to three new non-X processors next year. One thing is certain: the more CPUs available, the more difficult it will be to sell premium models.

According to PCGamesHarware, the Ryzen 7000 price cuts are only for Black Friday Week sales. As a result, those are limited-time deals.
