ASUS Announces the ROG MARS 760 Dual-GPU Graphics Card

To enhance the gaming experience and to take the gaming to the ultimate next level, ASUS Republic of Gamers (ROG) has rolled in the Mars 760. This graphics card features two GeForce GTX 760 graphics-processing units (GPUs) which are responsible for the powerful and improved performance during gaming. With 39% faster performance in gaming, this new graphics card by ASUS has taken over the GeForce GTX Titan which comes as a bit of a surprise. Comparisons have been made with the grand Titan and it shows that Mars has the ability to run all faster including Bioshock Infinite, Crysis 3 and Tomb Raider.

The two slot card is equipped with all the super technologies by ASUS. The DirectCU II ensures that the card is operating in a cooler and a quieter environment and there is no worrying about the stability of the power supplies with the help of the DIGI+ voltage-regulator module (VRM). The Mars has a GDDR5 memory of 4GB and runs at excellent performance even with resolutions which are as high as 2560×1600.

Exclusive DirectCU II technology has been teamed up with 8 highly-conductive copper cooling pipes which are always in direct contact with the GPUs. Efficient cooling is ensured with these pipes and is further enhanced with the dual 90 mm dust-proof fans which ensure easier and higher air flows. For more on the specs, take a quick peek at the list below:

• 12-phase power design which helps to keep noise down
• Japanese-made black metallic capacitors offering better temperatures
• LED red light signaling towards the active Mars
• GPU Tweak which allows control over video-memory clock speeds and voltages
• fan speeds and power-consumption thresholds can also be managed by users
