So if I told you I was reviewing an ASUS keyboard, I’m sure you would think it was an ASUS ROG gaming keyboard right? If you didn’t know ASUS does sell non-gaming keyboards, although they are a bit hard to find on their website. Today I’ll be taking a look at the Jelly75, which is a 75% mechanical keyboard that makes use of a gasket-mount design, has a really unique colorway, transparent casing, taller keycaps, and get this…no RGB lighting. If you were looking for a solid mechanical keyboard from ASUS that was not all about gaming this might be the perfect thing! Let’s take a look and see what the Jelly75 is all about!

Special thanks to ASUS for providing us with the Jelly75 Keyboard (KD201) to review.

Packaging of the ASUS Jelly75 Keyboard (KD201)

The Jelly75 comes in a pretty standard retail box with a picture of the keyboard on the front and the colorway mentioned, which is Orange Meadow. Flipping over to the back there is a bit of information, but not really a lot.

Getting everything out of the box we find the keyboard itself, a USB-A to USB-C cable, 2.4 GHz USB dongle, and a quick-start guide. Interestingly there is a not a keycap or switch puller included.
