ASUS Unveils ProArt Studiobook With 3D OLED Display At CES 2023

This year, ASUS presented many new and innovative solutions at CES 2023. Two of them were a creator-oriented laptop with ASUS Spatial Vision technology for viewing projects in 3D and a fast 540Hz gaming display. The requirements for a new laptop for professional creators are somewhat extensive. Among these elements is a display with great accuracy, broad color spectrum coverage, extensive connection choices, and robust performance for demanding tasks. The brand-new ProArt Studiobook 16 3D OLED, which made its appearance at CES 2023, matches everything on that list and possesses an additional trick.

ASUS’ Spatial Vision Tech allows game developers, 3D artists, animators, architects, product designers, visual FX artists, and others to view their work in 3D on the ProArt Studiobook 16 3D OLED. This innovative technology employs a specialized 3D OLED display and eye-tracking technology to let users view their work in 3D without needing complex glasses. Using real-time eye-tracking technology, a series of photos are generated for each eye when the technology is enabled. The 3D appearance is then created by directly projecting these pictures through a tiny layer of lenticular lenses embedded into the display screen. When the 3D feature is no longer required, the user may easily switch to 2D mode.

With an Intel Core i9-13980HX CPU and an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 Laptop GPU, the ProArt Studiobook 16 3D OLED provides professional-grade performance. It can be set up with as much DDR5 RAM as 64GB and fast PCIe 4 SSD storage as 8TB. We do not currently have pricing and availability information for the ProArt Studiobook 16 3D OLED, but we anticipate reviewing it in the coming months and will have more information then.
