BIOSTAR Announces Two Motherboards for Bitcoin Mining

The use of bitcoins is a new phenomenon and it is a relatively newer concept but such that it has gained a lot of popularity within a short time span. BIOSTAR has announced the arrival of two motherboards which have been designed exclusively to aid in the setting up of a Bitcoin mining machine. One of the motherboards, the Hi-Fi H81 S2 is going to be based on the Intel H81 chipset featuring the Intel socket 1150 board and the other one is the H61B which is a socket 1155 board. Both these teamed up together will support the Intel 2nd, 3rd and 4th generation Core i7/i5 and i3 processors.

Coming back to the world of the bitcoins, the term ‘mining rig’ refers to a computer system which is used for the mining of Bitcoins. There are two options; either you can setup a system which is solely for the purpose of bitcoin mining or you can have an ordinary system which also supports gaming and surfing and performs only part time bitcoin mining.

GPU mining can be considered as the best source now since the price of Bitcoins has been rising (you can get one Bitcoing for about a $1000). GPUs in the graphics cards will help you setup a system that you need; one that is perfect with heavy calculations. One of the most important things to keep in mind when you are considering setting up a bitcoin system is the use of a strong motherboard. Under such a circumstance, the BIOSTAR’s Hi-Fi H81 S2 and H61B with PCI-E Gen 3.0 certainly form the best choices. Both these motherboards have been equipped with the in-house technology of BIOSTAR which includes audio and power regulation upgrades such as Hi-Fi Power and Hi-Fi AMP.
