BOE (Beijing Oriental Electronics Group Co., Ltd) is among world’s well known makers of LCD, LED, and OLED panels. They have announced a 1920×1080 panel with 500Hz refresh rate which is expected to be the world’s fastest gaming panel. It has recently announced its Revolutionary latest display panel with a 500Hz+ refresh rate. The specifications of the panel include a 27-inch FullHD gaming panel, 8-lane eDP connection, a response time of 1 ms, and a color gamut support of 8 bit.
The FullHD resolution is now becoming an outdated practice gradually with most 2021+ high-end gaming laptops now being converted to 1440p+. PC gamers prefer faster 1440p panels now. However, comparatively slower 1080p panels are still seen in high competitive e-sports tournaments.
BOE has also come forward with the announcement of its very first 110-inch 8K 120Hz display panel. Neither did the company reveal any details about the specs of both these products, nor did it give any hint about the prices or launch dates.
