Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War, Trailer Is Out

The world is at the brink of nuclear war, and the relations with the soviet union are tense. Luckily this will not happen in reality but is a story shown in the trailer of Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War. The game will launch in a few months.

Raven Software will develop the single-player experience while Treyarch is responsible for providing the multiplayer experience. Before the game’s release, A 4k trailer by the publisher, Activision was posted on Youtube.

In the single-player mode, players will be offered a wide array of weapons including the prototypes and classics from 1980. The game is set in 1981 where President Reagan authorizes secret missions to pursue the soviet spy, Perseus. Perseus is based on a real-life character.

Cross-play and cross-generation, both are offered. There’s not much information for multiplayer mode except Treyarch’s signature Zombies co-operative experience is coming back. Activision will reveal more details on 9th September.

Launch Date And Pricing:
The game will be available on 13th November. Pre-orders for Playstation 4, Xbox One and PC, are available. Three editions are offered.

Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War Ultimate Edition: $89.99

The pricing and features for the PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X are the same. You will have to pay $89.99. PC users have the option for Standard Edition and Ultimate Edition.

Backward Compatibility will allow standard edition buyers to play on their next-gen consoles. They can also use their existing profile. An additional $10 for a cross-gen version can be fruitful if the version offers better graphics and SSD optimizations.

There will be a price difference for PS4 and PS5 games and will set a new trend. It will also be implemented for Xbox One and Xbox Series X.
