Tomorrow November 6th AMD Investor Relations will host a “New Horizon” event. While there is no confirmation on what will be announced, given the title of “New Horizon” we think it will be about AMD’s Zen 2 architecture.
AMD did say that at the “New Horizon” event that executives will “discuss the innovation of AMD products and technology, specifically designed with the datacenter on industry-leading 7 nm process technology”. At the last “Horizon” event AMD announced Ryzen and quite a lot of details about Zen processors, so it is very possible that this event would be the perfect stage to talk about its next-gen architecture.
