Showing off your PC build has never been more popular. With that we see many cases that allow you to do that, but tend to suffocate your components of proper airflow. It is very tempting to go for one of these cases, hell as I type this I am looking over at my PC which has tempered glass on the side, top, and front. It is no wonder that I have to take the side panel off when I am gaming! There are not that many high-performance cases out there, but Fractal Design’s Meshify series has been one of them. Today Fractal Design is launching the Meshify 2, which is the first major iteration of the series as a whole and integrates many of the enhancements we saw in the Define series along with many new features which are unique to Meshify. Is this the best high-performance case out there that also looks good? Read on as we find out!
Special thanks to Fractal Design for providing us with the Meshify 2 Case to review.
Specifications
Packaging
The Meshify 2 comes in your typical case box. On the front we have a picture of the case itself and a list of specifications. Flipping over to the back we have an exploded view of the case showing off its various parts as well as a listing of these parts in a few different languages.
Opening the box up we can see that the case itself is nicely protected with large pieces of foam as well as a plastic bag. The tempered glass side panel has film on both sides so you don’t have to worry about scratches either.
Also inside the box you’ll find a very large accessories box. Inside you have your mounting hardware, user’s guide, and four hard drive trays.
