We have already taken a look at G.Skill’s RipjawsZ and RipjawsX memory now it is time for their ARES series of memory. The ARES memory is designed to be low-profile so you can use it with larger aftermarket CPU coolers. Today we are taking a look at the 16GB kit of the ARES memory, specifically the F3-2133C11Q-16GAO kit. This kit runs at 2133MHz with timings of 11-11-11-30 at 1.6V. You can get these kits with both blue or orange heatspreaders. Read on as we take this memory through the paces.
Special thanks to G.Skill for providing us with the ARES DDR3-2133 16GB Quad Channel Memory Kit to review.
