Hisense Bringing Low-Cost Android Tablets To Walmart

Tablets have become a part of our lives as we see them everywhere. Apple with its revolutionary iPad changed the way we used our computers. Today tablets are being used everywhere from schools to universities and from aviation institutes to our kitchens.

Many tablets running Android are available in the market and specially the Chinese tablets are dominating because of their high-end specs and pocket friendly price tag. Out of many tablets available in different screen sizes, the 7-inch tablets are the getting popular day by day. We just saw Nexus 7 getting some really nice reviews from the users and Apple also came up with its iPad Mini which is not exactly a 7-inch tablet but it do falls in this category.

Today Chinese manufacturer Hisense has come up with its Sero 7 Series tablet which will be available from Walmart starting today. Hisense Sero 7 PRO features a 7-inch 1280 x 800 HD touch screen and is powered by NVIDIA’s Tegra 3 quad-core processor along with 1 GB of RAM and 8 GB of internal storage. It is somehow a disappointment as NVIDIA has already revealed its Tegra 4 chipset but keeping in mind the low-cost of these Chinese tablets one must appreciate the internals they offer in their tablets in this low budget.

Other features include a 2MP front camera, 5MP rear camera, an SD slot, mini-HDMI, USB port, and a whooping10-hour of battery life. It will be running Android 4.2 Jelly Bean out of box and is priced at $149.

The Sero 7 LT also features 7 inch display with resolution of 1024 by 600. It comes with Android 4.1 and is powered by 1.6GHz dual-core CPU along with 1 GB of RAM and 4 GB of internal memory which can be extended through a microSD card. It will be available from Walmart at just $99. So what are you waiting for? Here is your time to enjoy some nice tablets with just perfect price tags.

About 10 years of computer experience. Been messing around with electronics since I was 5, got into computers when I was in highschool, been modding them ever since then. Very interested in how things work and their design.
