As per the leakster @momomo_us, the specifications of the upcoming 65W and 35W CPUs from the Intel 12th Gen Core “Alder Lake-S ” series have just been confirmed by ASUS and COLORFUL.
This leak gives us clues on almost all upcoming Core non-K 65W and low-power T-Series 35W SKUs possessing Intel Alder Lake architecture. Both the CPUs have been added in the CPU validation list by the company.
Silicon stepping is an important component of the leak (C0 or H0) telling us precisely which Alder Lake silicon is being used. C0 is the one with full 8+8 core implementation (codenamed C0) or a cutdown variant that is deficient of Efficient cores called H0.
According to reports, the retail version will only be available as C0. Making it simple for customers as they will not have to pay attention to which variant they are purchasing.
Reportedly, Intel is ready to announce a whole new desktop 12th Gen Core lineup at the upcoming CES 2022 press conference in a few days. Moreover, an introduction of new inexpensive H670/B660 and H610 motherboards will be made alongside the launch of new CPUs.
