InWin A5 Case Review

A Look Inside

Taking a look inside the case it definitely has a different design than most, but it is a pretty basic design. The first thing you’ll notice is a sort of strip towards the front of the case. This is actually a small panel that houses the PSU support bracket and allows you to install the included graphics card support bracket.

The floor of the case is completely ventilated as the case is designed to intake air from the bottom of the case. The bottom of the case will only support two 120 mm fans. Towards the front of the case there is a mount for either a 2.5-inch or 3.5-inch drive.

As far as motherboard support this case does support motherboards up to extended ATX. There are two small cable routing holes at the bottom of the motherboard tray. Most of your cables you’ll have to route around the front side of the case. There really isn’t much in the front of the case as you’ll be installing your power supply here.

Removing the opposite side panel of the case we can see how the rest of the case is laid out. There is a large removable storage bracket that supports either a 2.5-inch or 3.5-inch drive. Below that are two smaller removable SSD brackets. So out of the box that case supports up to 4 hard drives. There us also a separation between the front and back of the case that has cable routing holes built into it.
